Game Mon Sept 19th Hatboro-Horsham HOME 7:00PM
Coming off the pressure packed, highly intense volleyball of this
past weekend, our girls from NORTH methodically put away a very game
team from Hatboro-Horsham. Overall the play was sloppy, some of which
can be attributed to a letdown from the weekend, but for the most part
NORTH was lethargic. Hatboro-Horsham played with a great deal of desire
and hustled after every ball keeping the games closer than they should
have been. NORTH was able to come up with points at key points of each
of games 1 & 2 to win both games going away. Game 3 had the Hatters take
off to an early lead, if not for some good serving from Kate Campbell
to get NORTH back in the game, NORTH would have been taken to a 4th game.
Due to a quirk in the schedule, NORTH faces Hatboro-Horsham once again
on Wednesday night at their gym. I am sure that the Hatters will be looking
to avenge tonight's match, they have been playing very well before tonight,
having only lost one match ( to CR SOUTH) prior to tonight.
Let's come out swinging with some high intensity on Wednesday and send the
message
that NORTH is a dominant force in our league. Take no games for granted, play
hard and together and GREAT things will happen.
